National intelligence and security expert Stanislaus Riyanta supports President Prabowo Subianto’s commitment to firmly eradicate corruption without discrimination. According to him, this step is important to maintain national resilience which is considered increasingly threatened by corrupt practices within the police (APH).
The professor of National Resilience Studies at the University of Indonesia Graduate School of Sustainable Development emphasized that corruption cannot be considered an ordinary criminal act, but rather an extraordinary crime that erodes social justice and hinders sustainable development. He believed that national resilience is not only determined by military strength, but also by the integrity of law enforcement institutions.
“When corruption seeps into the heart of law enforcement institutions, which should be the last bastion of justice, national resilience is at a red light,” Stanislas said in his statement on Sunday (12/7/2026).

He also highlighted the case of Febrie Adriansyah, former Jampidsus, involved in three corruption cases involving coal, ASABRI and Krakatau Steel.
According to him, if the alleged abuse of authority involves officials occupying strategic positions in law enforcement institutions, the impact is not only legal in nature, but also erodes public confidence in the justice system. Because people don’t know where to seek justice.
“If officials who hold the highest prosecutorial authority are identified as corrupt, the impact is far more destructive because it leaves people confused about where else justice can be sought. This creates legal uncertainty that can scare away investments and harm the nation’s social capital,” he said.
Stanislas also appreciated the philosophy conveyed by Prabowo concerning “fish rotting from the head”. According to him, this philosophy is relevant to the need to achieve overall improvements from the top down within the law enforcement apparatus.
He believes that academic support at this stage is a form of strategic support for the law enforcement reform agenda, not just political support. Stanislas stressed that no party should be above the law and that the legal process must be conducted transparently.
“In an era of clean law enforcement, no one should be above the law (no one is above the law),” he stressed.
He also linked the eradication of corruption to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly point 16 regarding peace, justice and strong institutions. According to him, corruption in the legal sector not only harms state finances but also paves the way for various other crimes, such as illegal mining and deforestation.

Stanislas proposed a number of strategic measures to support Prabowo’s commitment to eradicating corruption. This includes conducting a thorough internal cleanup through the formation of an independent external monitoring team to transparently audit the assets and backgrounds of senior law enforcement officials.
Furthermore, he encouraged the strengthening of the violation reporting system (whistleblowing system) which is safe to break culture esprit de corps wrong, by reforming a career system based on meritocracy, improving the welfare of officers and applying strict sanctions, including the impoverishment of officers proven to be corrupt. He believes that sectoral egos between law enforcement agencies must be eliminated so that the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), the Attorney General’s Office and the police can work in synergy under a single vision of eradicating corruption.
He said Indonesia faced a major challenge in building national resilience through law enforcement reform. According to him, President Prabowo’s firmness constitutes an important impetus to build a clean, honest judicial system capable of restoring public confidence in state institutions.

PakarPBN

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.

In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
