National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo inspects the Pulo Gebang Integrated Terminal in Cakung, East Jakarta. General Sigit wants to ensure the safety of vehicles and bus drivers when driving during the Christmas and New Year holidays.
This inspection was carried out around 3:30 p.m. WIB. The National Police Chief conducted a review guided by the Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency, Syafrin Liputo.
First, the National Police Chief visited the terminal service station, then the bus ramp checkpoint, then the drivers’ urine checkpoint. Additionally, General Sigit also welcomed passengers at the departure terminal.

The national police chief also offered symbolic gifts to the police officers. Those who received gifts came from the TNI-Polri, the Transportation Department and even the Scouts.
“We have just carried out checks related to special services for the transportation of passengers using buses at the Pulo Gebang Integrated Terminal. So we will see how the process starts from the entry of potential passengers, including the driver. Where I saw earlier that there was a urine check process, then there were also prepared services. There are health services, there are playground services for children to play while waiting for the available time,” said General Sigit.
“In general, we find that the SOP has been well implemented. And of course we know that this terminal is one of the terminals with the most destinations, both in Sumatra, Central Java, East Java and Bali. So we of course hope that what the President hopes is that we will really maximize the transport service of Nataru,” he continued.
The National Police Chief confirmed that in general, the preparedness of community services at the Pulo Gebang Integrated Terminal was optimal.
“In general, preparedness services, including activities that need to be prepared to deal with surges, have been well prepared. And I thank you,” he said.

For information, on Monday (12/22), 284 buses left with 1,764 passengers. During this time, 422 buses arrived with 2,430 people.

– West Java: 4 lines with 40 buses
– Central Java: 23 lines with 472 buses
– East Java: 11 lines with 279 buses
– Denpasar: 4 lines with 40 buses
– NTB: 3 lines with 20 buses
