FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA – The issue of salary increases and report cards for retired civil servants (PNS) in 2026 has appeared in society again. However, PT Taspen (Persero) pointed out that so far the government has not issued any new regulations regarding salary adjustment for the next financial year.

The amount of retirees’ salaries currently refers entirely to Government Regulation (PP) number 8 of 2024. This regulation provides for an increase of 12 percent which has been in force since January 1, 2024.

Corporate Secretary Taspen, Henra, confirmed that these regulations still form the main basis for distributing funds today.

“Until October 2025, the salaries of retired civil servants will still refer to PP number 8 of 2024,” explained Henra.

Amid information uncertainty, Taspen reminds retirees to increase their vigilance against the growing threat of fraud. A new method often encountered is an offer of retirement reporting assistance that ends up asking for sensitive data such as PINs, passwords, and OTP codes.

Taspen stressed that she never asks for confidential personal data over the phone or via short message. All official policies will be transmitted via reliable communication channels to avoid confusion.

For safety and convenience, Taspen encourages retirees to use the app Reliable by Taspen. This application, used by more than 2.5 million users, authenticates the disbursement of funds independently and securely.
