FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA — ISP spokesperson Dian Sandi Utama responded again to the summons of Polda Metro Jaya investigators on Monday (23/2/2026).

The summons was related to the alleged fake diploma of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Jokowi, which implicated the names of Roy Suryo and a number of other parties as suspects.

This review, Dian explained, is part of finalizing the files before their submission to the Prosecutor’s Office.

“Only then did he (the investigator) explain that this was only to deepen the accomplishment of the previous P-19,” Dian said, quoted on Tuesday (24/2/2206).

Asked 8 questions

During the examination, Dian admitted to receiving approximately seven to eight questions from investigators.

However, according to him, the question was limited to elaborating on the information he had previously conveyed.

He also reiterated that there was no difference in Jokowi’s degree, as claimed by several parties.

For him, this document is equivalent to a diploma of a 1985 graduate of Gadjah Mada University (UGM) who also served during the presidential bid in the 2014 presidential election.

“There is no difference. It’s just a narrative invented by them to provoke public opinion, political opinion. Nothing,” he said.

Dian also recalled accusations that differences between documents were solely due to creases.

“When we asked them what was the difference between this diploma and this one, it was just because of the difference in folds, they said. It’s funny, practically everything is still the same,” he said.

He reiterated that in substance no changes had been made.
