Viral on social media is a government employee teacher with a part-time work agreement (P3K) in Sumedang Regency who only receives an incentive of IDR 50,000. The Sumedang Education Department (Disdik) has opened its voice on this issue.
The teacher named Fildzah Nur Amalina shared a video on social media. In the video there is the writing “Why do you want to become a teacher even if the salary is small…?” then below the text you can also see proof of receipt of IDR 50,000.

Roni Rahmat, head of the Sumedang Education Department’s General and Financial Subdivision, said Filzdah himself is an R3 category teacher, which is a part-time P3K who has not received certification from the State Civil Service Agency (BKN).
“For the person concerned (Fildzah), he entered R3, he received an incentive of IDR 250,000 per month,” said Roni, as reported by detikjabarMonday (9/2/2026).
Roni revealed that his party does not deny the existence of an incentive payment for part-time first aid teachers who only receive IDR 50,000. However, he said the figures put forward were certainly basic.
According to him, the teacher who received an incentive of IDR 50,000 was a part-time first aid teacher in the R4 category. Teachers in this category are not yet included in the BKN database, because their length of service has not reached two years in accordance with current regulations.
At the time, BKN had regulations allowing regional governments to apply for non-BKN database applications, the regional government at the time was thinking about when there would be testing, it continued to be hosted, but with the conditions that had to be met, a minimum of 2 years of service,” he said.

“At that time the regional government, in this case the Ministry of Education, opened this and entered R4, regardless of the fact that at that time they continued to have SP for 2 years and then they appeared to take the Level 2 tests which resulted in passing only for those registered in the BKN database,” he continued.
