The distribution of ecstasy-based narcotics in Bali nightclubs was discovered by Bareskrim Polri investigators. This illegal activity was revealed after the police made a clandestine purchase through a female companion (LC).

During this operation, investigators seized a number of items of evidence relating to ecstasy-type drugs.
Currently, the team of Sub-Directorate IV of the Narcotics Directorate, Bareskrim Polri and the NIC task force under the leadership of Commissioner Handik Zusen and Commissioner Kevin Leleury have arrested 10 suspects.
Director of Narcotics Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, explained that the disclosure began with information regarding the distribution of narcotics in N Co-Living, Kerobokan, Badung, Bali. A joint team from Subdit IV Dittipidnarkoba Bareskrim Polri and the NIC task force under the leadership of Commissioner Handik Zusen and Commissioner Kevin Leleury carried out an investigation to confirm the veracity of this information.
“On Wednesday, April 1, 2026, the joint team made an Undercover purchase by purchasing ten ecstasy pills through a female companion (LC) from N CO-Living, then the LC called the captain of N CO-Living for an assessment, then a pharmacist came who brought the drugs to the room,” explained Brigadier General Eko Hadi in his statement, Monday (6/4).
Based on these findings, the team carried out a series of actions and arrested a “pharmacist” or drug dealer in the name of Ngakan Gede Rupawan. As a result of the search of the suspect, evidence was found: 10 pink ecstasy pills with the “Heineken” logo and IDR 10 million in cash from the sale of drugs at the Namal entertainment venue.
“We tested the evidence using a drug test and the results came back positive for ecstasy,” he said.
Based on the results of this action, the team continued to conduct reviews. Based on the suspect’s statement, he admitted that there was other evidence kept in the karaoke room, room 301.
“The joint team immediately went to room 301 to conduct a search and found a plastic clip containing six pink ecstasy pills with the TMT logo, a plastic clip containing two pink ecstasy pills with the HEINEKEN logo and green with the HEINEKEN logo, four ketamine plastic clips and four empty plastic clips,” he explained.
The arrest of the Ngakan suspect progressed until finally the joint team arrested the suspect Steve Wibisono, who is the director of N Co-Living.

“Steve is the director of N Co-Living, but he also knows and authorizes the distribution of drugs there,” Eko said.
Meanwhile, in the Bar Delona drug trafficking case, the Bareskrim team arrested seven suspects. The seven suspects are I Nyoman Wiryawan as a pharmacist, Dini Novianti as a waitress, Ulfa Delivia (cashier), Dwi Mega (cashier), Maherani (cashier), Edi Hermawan (operational manager) and Putu Artawan (general manager).
At that location, officers found 29 ecstasy and methamphetamine pills weighing 0.8 grams. The suspects are currently being further investigated for further developments.
Furthermore, Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso stressed that the two nightclubs (THM) are now equipped with police lines. (police line) and the business license will be assessed in total.
“We arrested not only the traffickers on the ground, but also at the level of the management which facilitated them. This distribution was very systematic. The searches of the visitors also showed that all were positive for drug use”, underlined Brigadier General Eko.
